On Tuesday year 6 enjoyed a fabulous day at Planeta Explora in Tivoli World. The children were scientists for the day and took part in lots of practical experiments from making flubber to crystals.

Making new materials, chemical reactions, the elements of all life and some fun taste testing in blindfolds were all part of the day. The topics covered fit perfectly with the unit of learning being studied by year six at the moment and also consolidated work previously done in the first half of term.
