Board of Trustees
Fundación Aloha College is a not-for-profit foundation. It was the first educational foundation in Spain in which the Board of Trustees formed by parents are democratically elected by an Assembly, a unique governance model that reflects our community-centred ethos.
Strategic direction
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees, which plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction, values and educational philosophy of the school. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, the Board helps ensure that Aloha College Marbella continues to provide an exceptional learning environment.
Our Governors are parents who generously contribute their time, expertise and commitment to the school community. They represent a wide range of professional backgrounds and bring valuable international perspectives, mirroring the multicultural nature of Aloha College Marbella.
The Board’s responsibilities include setting the long-term vision, ensuring strong governance, supporting leadership and holding the school to account for the quality of education provided and the well-being of all students.
As a Foundation, we operate in full compliance with Law 50/2002 governing Spanish foundations and are supervised by the Protectorado de la Junta de Andalucía.
At Aloha College Marbella, our Board of Trustees—guided by shared values and diverse expertise—works in partnership with school leadership to uphold educational excellence, foster global citizenship, and ensure every student leaves with happy memories and a lifelong love of learning.Sra. Rosa Gómez
