IB Diploma & A-Levels

Aloha College Marbella’s Sixth Form offers a dynamic and inspiring learning environment where students flourish both academically and personally. Our dedicated teachers are subject specialists who instil a love of learning while supporting students in becoming well-rounded, thoughtful individuals. Through cross-departmental collaboration, students are encouraged to take on new challenges and participate in enriching projects that develop initiative, creativity and leadership.

A-Level & IB

We are proud to offer both A-Levels and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme, providing flexible pathways to suit a wide range of university ambitions across the globe. Our dynamic curriculum fosters critical thinking and creativity, equipping students for future challenges.

Our Sixth Form experience is more than just academic success, it also nurtures personal growth, independence and responsibility. Students are encouraged to act with integrity, foster self-esteem and develop the confidence to take ownership of their learning. Curiosity and critical thinking are actively cultivated, equipping students with the research and inquiry skills essential for lifelong learning.

We place strong emphasis on self-management and personal development. Students build vital life skills such as time management, decision-making, emotional intelligence, organisation and goal setting,  ensuring they are well-prepared not only for Sixth Form but also for university and beyond.

IB Programme

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme is a rigorous two-year course for students aged 16–19. Recognised by universities and institutions worldwide, it promotes academic depth and breadth. Students follow a structured curriculum that balances subject specialisation with a broad education. The programme emphasises research, communication and analytical skills, while also focusing on personal growth and holistic development.

A-Level Programme

A-Levels, offered by Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International, provide a rigorous, flexible pathway for students specialising in subjects. Pearson’s modular structure awards an AS Level after year one and a full A-Level after year two. These globally recognised qualifications are valued by universities. Students may also complete the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), developing research, critical thinking and project management skills to enhance their profile.
