Weekend Programme

Held at Aloha College Marbella from 13th to15th March 2026, the conference will offer seminars and workshops led by expert staff, alumni and professionals from Karen Ardley Associates. Please take a look at the daily schedule for further details (subject to slight changes).

Before the conference, you will complete a self-assessment activity to evaluate your current level in each of the transferable skills. We will also invite a few people who know you well to complete the same evaluation. Throughout the weekend, as you participate in the workshops, you will be asked to provide constructive feedback to other delegates.

The final day is dedicated to reflection and forward planning: What have you learned about yourself over the weekend? Which skills are currently your strengths and where do you see opportunities for further growth?

For accompanying staff, there will be opportunities to join talks and workshops on themes such as emotional intelligence, enrichment and international-mindedness. We also warmly welcome staff who would like to deliver a talk or lead a discussion on a topic of their choice.
